@vhartsw @SocialWorkEng I am even having to write a business case so that I can receive the SW retention fee that my peers have in other roles they are not front line.

@vhartsw @SocialWorkEng I’m not keen on the fee raising as I still don’t understand what we really get from it apart from the title; social worker . I thought the £90 was enough tbh. It’s particularly difficult that I am not in a job that where my sw qualification isn’t valued as it’s not required.

@ProfLAppleby I agree I feel there would be more good governance if there was a judge who made the decision like other complex legal cases. I wouldn’t want to be making these decisions however I am not in favour of the assisted dying bill
