@LNER currently on my 3hr journey in first class to Edinburgh and was told that I was be offered food again later on in the service. However, staff have changed at Newcastle and now I am being told that I might not be given food as I haven’t got on at a recent station.

@bt_uk A “MASSIVE THANK YOU” to Lynn McGrath at the Dundee Call Centre. She was a MASSIVE HELP when I had issues with my broadband. She did everything she said she was going to do & kept me constantly updated. She provided top quality Customer Service. It was GREATLY appreciated.
