@DoWCIODavies @POTUS @SecWar The operative words here are "foreign national." The government suspension does not apply to US citizens. So Anthropic's decision to disable for all tells us two things:
1) Anthropic employs foreign nationals on these products.
2) Anthropic can't tell who the users are.
