@NeutralMaud @Clusterheads It started 30 years ago for me. I've had 8 episodes. They come every other year, it lasts about a month. I know now that they don't last for more than two or three hours. I've stopped banging my head against the wall. I lie with feet in the air. Sleeping pill. Hope it goes away.

My husband had to pick me up from an event due to a sudden onset cluster headache. This is the result of excruciating pain from a cluster headache. I put my heel into the windshield. Good visual for the radiation of pain. #ClusterHeadache #Ouch_UK

@nbrez I’m fortunate only getting them after I fall asleep. They wake me up. I quickly take a sleeping pill (have them for this reason only) bang my head for 1-2 hrs then it starts to subside I fall back asleep. They last about a month every couple of years. Excruciating. Hospital lots.
