@studentnursemia I think it will be i absolutely loved 2 layer bandaging in district nursing and looking at how skin heals and breaks down over time x dermatology will give me a broader scope into skin as a organ x

Why is it so bloody traumatic going to the toilet after perianal abscess surgery dressings get dirty and then i gotta got somone to change it for me 😢 couldn't have been in a worse spot x

Woke up half 5 to use the loo and my body pushes my wound packing out so phoned 111 panicking and district nurses should be out soon i hope this heals fast its so frustrating 😔 x

Well had to have a operation to drain and pack a perianal absess honestly it was excruciating to experience and its made me have time off placement which im not happy about but ce la vie x

Waiting for. My dads pcr tests results as hes had symptoms of covid last day or so so im missing placement 😔 hopefully its negative because im really worried bout my dad and because im enjoying community nursing i can't go back this week 😢 ♥

Placement with District nursing in Royston Health centre in july and August thats a turn up for the books hope i can get get in touch monday x ☺

Had my cystoscapy today bladder seems healthy just have a chronic pain issue by the looks of it.. But now it feels like im peeing through broken glass ow xx

Cystoscapy booked for the 4th of may hopefully get to the bottom of my long pain issues regarding urinary system :) x

Started citalopram today lets hope i start feeling more myself soon and hopefully not too many side effects xx
