@ShelarAshish Not only my son but I have seen the 231 buses not taking other handicapped persons.  Please have a Disability Awareness session  for your Conductors & Drivers as they are very rude and scream at them knowing that these people already have to suffer & go thru lots

@ShelarAshish My Intellectually Disabled son then entered the 255 bus and he got down at Convent Stop which is very far from our house and he had to come walking home. When will the drivers and conductors become more considerate to people with disabilities (handicapped).

@ShelarAshish My son who is Intellectually Challenged and has Down Syndrome and his facial features shows that he is handicapped was not allowed to enter into the 231 bus at around 8.10 pm even though the bus was not full.  Sir, please do something about this.

@RheaRebello @myBESTBus The conductor who had a driver badge number 36526 and on the 231 bus route was extremely rude, he pulled my son out of the bus even after seeing the bus pass had handicapped written on it. Next he did not let him enter into another bus and told him to go walking.
