BREAKING: Los Angeles Lakers All-NBA star Luka Doncic has signed a three-year, $165 million maximum contract extension with the franchise, with a player option in 2028, agent Bill Duffy of WME Basketball told ESPN.

"I know we've turned the lives of over 350 people who dreamed of working here upside down in the span of the year, but we made projections based on 2.5 years of people being unable to leave their house. There's no way we could've known it wouldn't last!!!"
A number of roles were vacated preceding this Layoff as well that will just not be filled. I expect the total number of departures from Bungie to be around 475-500. Add that to the 110 or so from Fall.
It's worth noting that the 17% is a misnomer. It's closer to 30% due to the forced moves of Bungie employees to Sony. So 30% on top of the folks from Fall Layoff all within a single 12 month period.
