@Adam_W_Gordon We had this exact conversation on the RL100 chat about a month ago and we also factored in Brexit, Euros, Summer and the furlough scheme all reason for applications falling off. Industry wide EVPs need to be reviewed. Any role where you see lots of people everyday is now a risk.

@ElSatanico Yep! One of our clients has planned this model for early June, before the first day back they've had to implement a rota system due to too many people wanting to be in at the same time! Guessing those Thursday / Friday slots will be busy! 🤣

@ElSatanico And finally if not for being in the office I would never have met the mother of my child and soon to be wife. I couldn't think of anything worst that doing a long commute every day. But if given the choice I would do it all over again if it landed me where I am today.

@ElSatanico I agree but I do feel for first jobbers. I'd say majority of my learning came through passive learning in the office. Businesses are going to need way more structuted L&D to make up for that.
