I’ve noticed traffic pile up at places and at times never before experienced.

Am I off by thinking that there are way too many car on the roads in Kingston, Jamaica?

I need to keep a stack of these in the car and throw it at those drivers on Jamaican roads committing the daily traffic atrocities, I do not think they have ever seen this book. Wonder which minister I can beg a box of these from @darylvazmp @NestaJA
