@KMariewyyn@ginamilan_ She had criminal intent. She sent her husband out of the house specifically. The weapons she chose specifically. The decision to take them downstairs so their cries & screams would be muffled. The decision to separate each child. Goal-directed thinking. NOT psychosis or insanity
Normal looking woman. Upper middle class. Pushing a stroller. Looks to be the grandmother, I’m guessing. Blithely justifies the execution of three children on the basis that the murderer had a lack of sleep and was stressed out. Very disturbing to see this kind of banal, casual evil in seemingly ordinary women.
@Heathersawyer73@MattWalshBlog She DID hate her children.
You don’t systematically murder children you love, and you don’t leave them discarded on the basement floor. She didn’t even attempt to get help for her kids. She didn’t even attempt to ask Patrick to save them. She was only focussed on herself.
@vogueroses1@HollyCabot You can’t “snap”, *three* times. The k!llings were not an instantaneous, singular act. This was premeditated. One by one. She took a phone call in the middle of it. Her heart rate was 57. She said herself she felt detached during the k!llings. A true sociopath
@JosJbarros80@Emi72790@FemCondition Exactly. And if she was in and out of psychosis why didn’t she call emergency services to save the kids when the voice went away? Why didn’t she put distance between herself and the kids instead of engineering a way to stay home with them while Patrick went out?
@Emi72790@JosJbarros80@FemCondition But that’s because you have a (natural) bias that a mother would never k!ll her children by strangling them brutally so as to cause brain death, while being aware of what she is doing(And then lie about it) - but they do. There really is such evil in our world :(
