This page is so shameless in pretending that it somehow "knew" this was supposed to happen. Bud, all you do is share news that's almost common knowledge and boast it off as if you had insider information. You're an aggregator!
Really really interesting timing, as “how are you paying for the stadium” has been the question coming to a head for some time now. A sale to INEOS or another partner or investor almost assuredly was the only way imaginable.
Otherwise you’re talking about a significant debt load if it’s all loans, and for the Glazers that means a long runway to upside and more risk given current rates.
Have to believe this is all part of that process of discussion around this. It HAD to come to a head with all the stadium plans moving forward.

Some interesting stuff in the financials. Yes United have paid down the credit facility by a fairly significant amount, leaving a good £250m available. However, there are over £200m in transfer fees due within 12 months to be paid.
Agents and others look to have taken a decent chunk out of the Hojlund fee as United netted close to £31m in the end.
Kobbie looks to have gotten a nice little signing bonus with his new contract. It looks like around £3m but that’s just an estimate.
Situation is definitely improving but United have to not spend all their increased revenue to improve the situation further.
Personally I would stand by my estimate of a £250m budget but very dependent on the deal structure of installments as cash is the big factor.
Bruno has proved that he's rubbish when it matters most. Keane is not only a legend of the club but also one of the best leaders we have had. Those who are 'doing their best to make the club better' are not more than leeches. Its been 13 years now, has the glory returned?
So many United legends just disappoint you as time goes on. It's so lovely to see guys like Rooney stay supportive and do their best to make the club better, rather than seeming bitter to those trying to restore its glory.
Thank God United didn't get a World-Class Manager because he couldn't care less about a fridge that turns slower than milk, and then these 'fans' wonder what's wrong with the club!
People might not give you credit, but you should be acknowledged for calling out the club, unlike the know-it-all @Muppetiers, for not acting when a world-class manager is available.
Hey @Muppetiers, just thought to check with you if you have any "insider information" on if the club is pursuing a world-class manager now that he is available, or were you going to call out your sponsors, INEOS, for not acting immediately?
🚨 BREAKING: Antonio Conte has decided to LEAVE Napoli at the end of the season, it’s over.
Conte made his decision and informed the president De Laurentiis already one month ago.
There will be no exit fee, Conte will leave without severance pay and without any agreement elsewhere.

Wants younger body instead of a serial winner, but is happy when only a year younger serial loser extends his contract.
The most shameless account on X and it's not even close.
Weren't you the one celebrating Maguire's new contract the other day? You're the last person to complain about squad issues when you encourage Shaw and Maguire in 2026!
“Shocked” that the main issues persist beyond coaching change when the squad hasn’t been changed. Our primary issues have always been 90% squad related.
Notice the subtle lack of acknowledgement when it's Casemiro, and imagine the heap of praise had it been Maguire or Shaw. Remember this is the guy who wouldn't keep a 34 year old serial winner but would want his 33 year old boyfriend to retire at this club.
Leny and Maguire best of the half for me. So good defensively and progressing the ball as well. Opportunities were there but… seems an assumption was made Villa would play a high line and space in behind, but there isn’t.
@Muppetiers Notice it's just a "wow" when it's his boyfriend Maguire and "sleeping and loses the ball, naturally" when it's Casemiro.
The most xenophobic account on Twitter and it's not even close!
Deadline day podcast with @Malachians out shortly. Not that United are doing anything, as they aren't signing anyone this window. But some loans out and discussion over the future including things like Palmer rumors.
