I fail to see how this will kill 1000s of Arkansas jobs. The only numbers even close to that are from PBMs, who have obviously exaggerated.

@jeremyfromga @billseitz_ @rawsalerts No. Deficit is how much the government takes in versus how much they spend within a given time period. Debt is the total they owe. This could be to countries, but it's actually far more to individuals and companies. If you own government bonds, they are in debt to you.

@ThiccTeddy I mostly agree, but I think most new traders plan to start with $1-2k. That's the amount to put in the sim, instead of 100k... Make a deal with yourself to not live trade until you have a consistently uptrending account.

@Inversionism Very simple explanation. The "Active Alerts" data only goes back 7 days. If you set it to anytime before then, it shows a message saying available 8-14-23 (7 days back from today).

@POTUS Again, you are talking about debt vs. deficit... They are two different things... I'm not on one side or the other, but by using those two terms somewhat interchangeably, it seems like you are trying to twist things...

@POTUS Debt and deficit, while related, are two different things. So, no, it isn't crystal clear.

I haven't read either proposal, but why not say what each would do to the debt and deficit over time.

I think that would clear things up and would actually be fair to both sides.

@TheMeggyPeggy What I mean by extremes is this- If someone posts "I'm Pro Choice," lot's of folks will scream "baby killer" without even asking any questions. Another example might be "I'm not getting the vax" and they are called an "anti-vaxxer" conspiracy theorist.
