@ToddAultIII Hi @ToddAultIII
We recently saw a similar move in $GRML, Red Flag report:https://t.co/QQU4WHI6aH
which was covered in one of our stock research reports.
Is this a similar playbook, or what’s the rationale behind canceling the ATM?
@majgeoinvesting Great post, Maj @majgeoinvesting.
Yes, this is a complete joke. We viewed the company as a joke.
Covered from $12–13 with a $6.50–7 target-it blew past expectations.
We flagged dilution early. This is a pumper stock running on a campaign, with roots as an old biotech and China
$GRML touched lows of $9.60 today.

I admit I have been hoping something on Greenland mining would come out, I figured it was only a matter of time.
New @RedFlagResearch Report on $GRML huge swing on the upside today lets see how this plays out
Here's the short news you need to get your market day started:
$SVIA (formerly ProCap Financial)
@SH0RTFINDER is short at $4.66, targeting $3.05 within 20–30 days. The argument: in three weeks the stock went from a 38% discount to NAV to a ~9% premium, so the BTC-funded buybacks that carried the rally stop making sense.
The catch: NAV runs at ~1.26x Bitcoin. If BTC rallies, the discount reopens on its own. The stock already slipped to $4.34 after hours.
In the end, it's a Bitcoin trade. Quo vadis, BTC?
$GRML
@RedFlagResearch is short after a ~50% jump on yesterday's US–Denmark–Greenland security deal, signed at the UN General Assembly after months of back and forth. Their point: the deal gives GRML no contract, financing or offtake, and its early-stage rare earth and PGM assets don't produce anything yet.
A political trade, basically. It's also the first RedFlag campaign we track.
Both usually keep their research behind a paywall, but these two reports are freely accessible.
@StyxCapital@SH0RTFINDER Our research indicates that the existing dilution mechanisms are gated until Sep. 26. After that date, $GRML may have the ability to access a substantial amount of ATM capacity and potentially issue shares at these levels.The dilution risk changes significantly.
