@SevroBarcatem It’s referred to as “Mexican” because the first the UK really saw it was at the 1986 World Cup… in Mexico.
Not everything is racist. 🤦🏻♂️
@DreamLeaf5@ValidHazelTrans@luigi_fan298 Prostitution is legal in the UK.
Solicitation is illegal but certainly wouldn’t result in a custodial sentence. In theory, you could be fined, but in practice police would just ask them to move on.
@therealdemmyzee@tobyasky They were only yards outside the box to begin with - this is the throw in (which Arsenal also took 30 seconds over!?) just before the corner.
It was a further 40 seconds from the ball going out for a corner before the ref blew. Saka still hadn’t even placed the ball. 🤷🏻♂️😅
@arthurpaul007@itskipronoh Someone’s stitched the clips together. That’s not Goldbridge talking about last night’s game, it was about a different Arsenal game.
@iamcheropmark@piersmorgan@biel_m04 Absolutely agree - no idea how he missed Saka’s handball or how Mosquera avoided a second yellow.
Still, justice was done in the end so chin up! 🤣
@4wavePepe@yuriliaaa@thematthew@esjesjesj Thomas was nowhere near elite competing as a man. At the end of the 18/19 season (March 2019), Thomas was 554th in the 200, and 65th in the 500. HRT didn’t start until May 2019.
After transition, Thomas came 5th in the 200, and won the 500.
You’re either lying or misinformed.
@Moon_Djinn115@yuriliaaa@Kit_Kat_Cata@thematthew@esjesjesj Thomas’s times whilst coming 2nd in Ivy League weren’t even sufficient to qualify for the heats of the NCAA, never mind getting anywhere near the final.
Yet suddenly after transition, not only can Thomas make the NCAA Champs, he’s beating female Olympic medalists!? 🤪
@Moon_Djinn115@yuriliaaa@Kit_Kat_Cata@thematthew@esjesjesj I can only assume you’re dishonest since you’ve lied and then blocked me.
Thomas set the time against males in Feb/March 2019. Didn’t start HRT until May 2019.
Thomas placed 2nd in Ivy League. That is not elite swimming - NCAA is elite swimming.
@ShinjitaiS@ShaHeatAttack@SEPHHAUS@TrollingCanuck The findings of the Hamilton study are highly questionable. It appears they compared high performing females with unfit and untrained trans women.
A systematic review concludes “no sports advantage in trans women", challenging physiology & eligibility criteria.
But it's false; a conclusion that relies on weak studies & misleading comparisons to hide male advantage. Here’s a short (5:20) explanation. https://t.co/P4pdhslI2V
@Phil_Bow@__IZ_US__@esjesjesj Someone like Lia Thomas is bang average compared to elite men, yet is up with the best females after transition.
At elite levels, adult women are outperformed by elite 14-15 year old boys.
No-one is claiming any average man would beat all women. That’s just a straw man.
@Phil_Bow@__IZ_US__@esjesjesj They also played on a special court which was 9% smaller on Sabalenka’s side and they were only allowed one serve, effectively removing his first serve from the match entirely.
They had to massively nerf Kyrgios and he still won at a canter.
@fl4wedguy@grok@SarHandicrapper@esjesjesj I’m not aware of any elite male who has transitioned.
The ones who have transitioned were decidedly average (by elite male standards), yet match elite women’s times.
For example, Lia Thomas who went from bang average as a male, to beating Olympic medalists as a female.
@yuriliaaa@Kit_Kat_Cata@thematthew@esjesjesj The times were set in the Ivy League Championship which was 27 Feb - 2 Mar 2019.
Thomas’s wiki confirms he started HRT in May 2019.
For the side claiming you have facts on your side, you’re not doing a very good job! 😅
@Kit_Kat_Cata@yuriliaaa@thematthew@esjesjesj Here’s the facts - his times were so slow, he didn’t even qualify for the NCAA Div I Championships! 🤦🏻♂️😂
Didn’t even manage to make the NCAA Championships when competing as a male, but suddenly in medal contention when competing as a female.
