Be unavailable for anything not worth your energy today. Be choosy & intentional with what you allow in & what you pour into. Treat your energy as if it holds value because it does.

I think what bothers me about life is seeing everyone think they have to choose the same paths or formulas. Or just replicating what they see on the internet.

people with no self awareness are dangerous 😭 some mfs genuinely have NO idea they’re haters, energy drainers, envious or projecting their insecurities. they really think the way they move is normal.

According to psychology the biggest sign of childhood trauma is trying to convince people who are hurting you to treat you better rather than you walking away.

Harold Vanderford, the white police chief of Senatobia, Mississippi, was finally fired after racist text messages using slurs against Black people were exposed. His department was already under scrutiny after a white officer fatally shot a Black toddler.

happy marriage is realizing that your husband is still your favorite person, your crush, your comfort person, and the one you look forward to seeing at the end of every day.

Stay away from a stingy ass nigga whose only love language is sex. A man ruled by lust will have you confusing sexual attention with genuine love.

It's interesting how often we tell women to choose better men instead of telling men to be better people.
