@Tallflipkick She voiced her from 2012 - 2015. It's been a long time...
Doesn't help that she was one of the people to leak the P4 Remake by saying she hadn't been asked to reprise her role in it long before the reveal which is unprofessional AF for a VA
@LifeOfForestia I understand the joke was Filo getting embarrassed, but it doesn't come across very well
Actually, the translation has a lot of little problems unfortunately where the nuance is off or it's actually incorrect or even missing lines in English... DLSite translation isn't great
@ama_tyan@gorrioppai I've added this to my wishlist for now. I'll definitely buy it if you add English support.
As long as it's not AI English! I really hope you don't use AI translation. It makes too many mistakes.
@DistantValhalla Most people complaining probably don't know what JAST is. If you're deep into 18+ weebdom, you likely won't have heard of it.
Fansly on the other hand is well known and easier to spread outrage. Also taken more seriously as 'real' porn and giving real women the idea to use it.
Alright sure why not

@CoffeeBeansDev More personally I'm not such much a fan of cozy games without goals or direction which this seems to be. I enjoy some kind of progression loop in these games.
@CoffeeBeansDev It's Early Access which is the major blow against it. There are also tons of games in the same genre (even plenty around cafes/coffee shops) and while it looks cute, I can't see from the store page anything that this does to stand out.
@ShadowloveP Honestly, my first thought was "It looks like a mobile game" or a "free Facebook game".
As well as other concerns, I think the type of the game itself just might not be suited to a lot of gamers on Steam
@Namagaki_Yukina How do non-otaku Japanese people see it? Are people who aren't interested in anime or only enjoy the very popular series completely okay with it?
Though I think people in the West also remember that Japan only made laws around real life content stricter 12 years ago...
@yamanakanobody The quality being high both includes the translation (some companies provide AI-based or poor English translations and even fantranslations are better) and a lack of censorship. These are problems for the official international releases.
@yamanakanobody As long as the cost is reasonable and the quality is high, then I buy it. I've bought 1,000+ games and subscribe to online services.
But I do think price disparity is a problem. For example, the same light novel (digital version) is approximately $4 in Japan and $9 in the US
@yamanakanobody Adding to my other comment, I do think piracy is a problem. Creators need to be supported to make new work. But there are plenty of causes why overseas *and* Japanese people pirate to try and solve. Just saying it's bad does not help to change anything.
