@jdellavecchio24 With popular vote there really is no region you can focus on to win votes. You have to address the whole country because every single vote matters.

@jdellavecchio24 It would not. No state votes as a monolith. Even California has at most a 70-30 ratio of Democrats to Republicans, for this current election it's at 57-40. That's not including millions more voters that don't bother because they know it won't make a difference.
