Remembering Thomas Archer d. 22 May 1743, architect of S. Paul's, Deptford, where I've been the Rector for almost 20 years. Engraving of 1731, a year after the church was consecrated. The original Rectory, also designed by Archer (to the right of the church), is sadly no more.

Happy Feast of S. Dunstan, Abp of Canterbury (960-988). Remembering 10 happy years at S. Dunstan's, Bellingham (1996-2006) & praying for the Bellingham Estate, friends & colleagues from that period. Here is S. Dunstan's drawing of himself at Christ's feet from his "Classbook".
