@TicketmasterDE The fact that it was not set up and ready for 4 is an utter shambles. The last tent was finished after 6pm so why ask people to attend from 4! No barriers, no lettering for pick up, it was dangerous at times and very lucky there was no serious incident.

@SkyHelpTeam why are you leaving your mobile engineers to inform customers that they cannot enter properties currently! Awful for the engineers (including a wasted visit) to have to be "the face" of Sky. Inform your customers!

@DHLParcelUK appalling customer service. No delivery time slot and informed answer within an hour through DM but no, still nothing. @whybuynew next day delivery service not achieved thanks to the company you use.
