@VirginBalloons for the 9th time and almost 3 years in the making it shouldn't be any surprise that yet, once more our balloon trip has been cancelled AGAIN. Not a recommendation for a bucket list tick any time soon. HELP please, has anyone actually experienced this trip??

If anyone has in excess of £200 they'd like to throw away, I wouldn't recommend buying a gift experience from @VirginBalloons
3 years of receiving cancellations for flights isn't my kind of experience and certainly not one that keeps giving either! Rubbish customer service
