@midjourney video has entered the chat. Ever since image2video became a thing, it's been really fun exploring ideas in my head visually. This is the first time it doesn't feel limiting. Being able to change the prompt for each 5 second segment is awesome for evolving scenes.
@EMostaque@nickfloats Yes, from what I've seen, there's nothing about training, just filtering outputs the same way MJ filters explicit/NSFW content. They are saying MJ ignored the requests to filter IP, in essence (again, just from snippets I've read), based on this: https://t.co/GedsW0YWVO
@vivaldibrowser I'll switch when workspaces or tabs can be different browser profiles, like container tabs on Firefox. I really like Vivaldi but that is one thing I can't live without.
@karpathy Context is really everything with this. For things that are from scratch, I'm finding it better to go back and forth and slowly build up documentation on each component (just been using md files) basically fully define how I want things to work, and then using that as the context
@VerdantForager@NoMansSky There were some other things data mined from Part 1 too that may point to some new ocean biomes and a deep ocean planet region spawn ๐ so maybe both..
@iamneubert@runwayml Have had some luck using the word "static shot: timelapse of [subject]"
You can also mess around with specifying things like time of day or lighting changes.
Original image is a touched up screenshot from the Forza Horizon game series.
@prkdmedia@runwayml@ForzaHorizon Yeah, it's not 100% consistent yet, but it's so dang close. It does struggle with anything involving the cars moving or driving, but again.. Only a matter of time ๐
This is mindblowing to me ๐คฏ
@runwayml recently launched their Gen-3 video model. I've been having immense fun animating my @ForzaHorizon photos ๐ช I've included the original photos. Both of these are from Forza Horizon 4.
While I agree that privacy was and is pretty much dead for most people, I don't think it's fair to compare photos on FB to something that can log everything you do on your machine (referring to MS Recall) or incredibly accurate face tracking and recognition, voice cloning being used for scams etc... And just to be clear, I think the systems are incredibly useful.. it's just also unfortunately a fact that they'll be abused and we need to be aware of that.
@TheTroyLarson Very interested to see how they do the pricing for this or whether it will just use the existing credit system for the other AI stuff.
Very keen to use it for personal knowledge base type scenarios though. Been waiting to see how they figured out RAG for Coda :)
@RZM_Phoenix So there was and still is (last I checked) the same sorta glitch in FH5, excepting that you have to hold down a trigger while entering photomode from a rewind replay. So it's probably the same bug ๐
@TheFourthFocus Hoping everything starts supporting AVIF.. JXR is annoying.. you can open it in Photoshop.. but you can't save it back to JXR because the format plugin is old and broken ๐ it can't be this hard. Also.. why no Dolby Vision on PC? My OLED neeeeeds it...
