@Justcallmemrx @czabe I’d argue that pitch location, as well as speed, will trigger reflex more than response. That pitch was headed towards his knees, with velocity, and no one wants to “take one for the team” down there.

So this was wild. At my house, it’s just raining. Yet up the hill, less than 1/2 miles, full on winter. The deep Finger Lakes retain warmth, and that micro climate provides an extra degree or two of warmth that extends the growing season to allow the #FLX wines to grow.

@mattblively This is an underrated message - even though the last few years have been tough for the A’s (crap ownership aside) - they put a great product on the field for many years despite small crowds & nothing budgets. The crowds came when the product was good, the stadium was secondary.
