@askcomenity I’ve read your FAQs and they don’t help me ONE BIT as my card is not working to make new charges either online or in person. I can pay you just fine but haven’t been able to use my card since June 27, thus making it useless to me.

@askcomenity we’re going on a full month of not being able to use my card, with ZERO access to customer service. You say it’s long wait times, but that is a flat out LIE as every call gets hung up on after a recording saying your customer care center is closed. This is criminal.
