Spent the morning discussing our Maxwell Leadership summaries as a leadership group. The DISC Personality Indicator Report is very eye opening. Looking forward to building off of this information. I have a Precisionist CS style.

Spent most of my day at the Jeffco Mental Health Conference.

Recently, someone asked me, “Are you disappointed that you are in a bigger building now?” My response, “Hell no, I have 1200+ opportunities to make a difference.”

It has been over a year since I posted something. Spent the 23/24 school year in my new role. It was a great year! I am headed to the high school for the 24/25 school year. New role, but same mindset. I would sub out “powerful” for impactful.
