I’m not sure it is more than just verbal static, but it stuck with me.
I joined the community band yesterday. It’s hard to describe how much I loved disconnecting and only focus on making music with a small group. I’m excited to make this a regular part of my schedule.
This week I started keeping a journal using a ジブン手帳 and am really enjoying the format of it. Appreciating slowing down and writing down my thoughts throughout the day.

Bought a new pair of walking/running shoes and they are the most comfortable shoe I’ve worn in a long time. It does look like I stepped in unicorn poop though. The colorsare much more vibrant in person.
