I plan to incorporate nutrition into my health care by exposing my patients to a healthy lifestyle and helping educate parents about their children. #BEH353

This year, I am most looking forward to eating prime rib as our protein for Thanksgiving. Rather than having a turkey, my family transitioned to prime rib years ago because we can buy a large quantity to last for a week of leftovers.

@jazlynn_pang@beh353 I agree with Ethan about how this article resembles the popular press article and how it's an easy article to navigate and be able to teach parents about what food their children should eat #BEH353
The article "Helping Your Child: Tips for Parents & Other Caregivers" outlines healthy ways for parents or caregivers to learn and ensure their child has healthy habits. #BEH353
@HealthyEatingHu A lot of them get bullied for the way the look and resort to this but in my opinion, I disagree and I think they just need to find a support group to help them #BEH353
I learned about empathy this week by addressing people's struggles with their weight. They get bullied for the way they look, plus they work out and push themselves too hard. I believe in helping patients out without judgment and giving them the support they need. #BEH353
Based on our discussion, there are a lot of stereotypes about how obese people don't work and are just lazy sometimes, people like that have health issues, and sometimes, it's just a mental thing, and they get bullied for something that isn't their fault. #BEH353
