Please make your criteria stringent for backing startups as one such startup by Anton Koenig and David Grossman called @VideoGenApp is scamming the public and charging the subscription money month after month, even after cancellation, and they never care to resolve the issue despite several reminder emails

@ycombinator Apparently, you are backing up @VideoGenApp, which is running a scam by using Google Ads and trapping creators into non-cancelable subscriptions. Cards keep getting charged despite multiple emails to support and founders.
Please help us small-time creators and look into this urgently.
