Women loco pilots are surviving a lot and requested many times to change our cadre as we are working without lavatory, water and food for long hours. We are facing lots of physical challenges in this job also.

@AshwiniVaishnaw There is no facility of washroom for females in loco, no pad changing facility for washroom. Females are made to work during night. No safety during night for woman.There was cadre change for females ,still no action has been taken.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Accessing to a Toilet is necessary for loco pilots. ‼️
Especially when ladies are the loco pilots👮.

If toilets are not included then it must be added into the system ASAP. 👍🙏🏻

@AshwiniVaishnaw This is not an indian railway,infact Britishers railway it seems. Where we are punished for our minor or negligible mistakes. Officers who got selected through UPSC cse behave like British officers of pre- independent India.

@AshwiniVaishnaw We do duty of above 12 hours daily in goods,if we ask relieve after 7 or 9 hours,we are given chargesheet or administrative tarnsfer. No facility for females in loco like washroom. We get stranded in loco for above 10 hours during periods and are unable to change pads.

Lots of challenges for women loco pilots as this job is not apt for women due to unsechedule job timing,night duty without any safety, arduous job Nature which need more physical strength than a woman exists, Continuous working 6-10 hrs without washroom and water.
