Brooks exposes how Satan deceives believers (Devices), and shows how Scripture teaches us to effectively fight back (Remedies).

@metathomist Again, the question isn't what God could allow, but what He has revealed. Scripture commands us to pray for one another, yet it never instructs us to address the saints in heaven. Christ is our living High Priest (Heb. 7:25). Faith rests on God's Word alone.

The elect may stumble, but never finally fall. The God who chose them, regenerated them, and justified them will also sanctify and glorify them. Our assurance rests not in the strength of our own grip, but in the Shepherd who never loses His sheep. (John 10:28–29; Phil. 1:6)

Unconditional election: False.

Limited atonement: False.

Irresistible grace: False.

@Danielle_Ln7 We don't want a false peace. Don't be at peace with it until God, through the Holy Spirit, comes and grants you that peace. Mortification of Sin is a great book.

@Truth_matters20 We shouldn't treat religion as a radioactive term. The Bible teaches a good religion (James 1:27).

Religion doesn't mean without relationship, quite the opposite.

Yes, we have to be wary of man-made accretions and pride, but dismissing "religion" is not faithful to the Bible.

@reformedhg Satan will dress sin up in pretty colours and call it convincing names so we will willingly accept it.

The more we are transformed by the Holy Spirit and Scriptures, the more we see spiritual warfare being waged everywhere.

@LifeNewsHQ Hearing so many pro-aborts calling it "freedom" and a "right". Pelosi even called it a sin to NOT abort.

Abortionists sacrifice the baby to "free" themselves.

Jesus sacrificed Himself to truly free us.

But Christ is our refuge.

And one day, the battle will be over.
