EWSU had the pleasure of welcoming freshmen engineering students from @RoseHulman Institute of Technology for a lunch-and-learn tour at Sunrise Pump Station. After lunch, they observed the Lloyd4U road construction project. We appreciate their interest throughout the experience.
Reminder: The St. Joe nightly closure begins tonight. Wabash will be open and the detour for 9th Street will be adjusted to utilize Wabash rather than St. Joe.

Traffic Alert: Beginning July 28, part of Kimber Lane from Lloyd Expwy to Virginia St will be closed to through traffic for about 60 days while a new sewer line is installed. If you live at Kimber Green Apartments you’ll be able to get in and out from the north via Virginia.
Traffic Alert: Another portion Red Bank Road south of the Lloyd Expwy will close to traffic for 15 days starting tomorrow. The Red Bank Road closure will extend 200 ft south of Pearl Dr. No traffic will be allowed to pass through the area. This is part of the @thelloyd4u project.
Traffic Alert: Schutte Rd. north of the Lloyd Expwy will reopen to traffic at 4pm today. Tomorrow, the SB lane on Schutte - south of the Lloyd - will close for about 10 days. The road closure and lane restriction are necessary to relocate a waterline for @thelloyd4u project.

TRAFFIC ALERT: On March 7, the intersection of Stringtown Rd and W. Campground Rd/Petersburgh Rd will be completely closed for the installation of a 12-inch water main. Detour signs will be posted. Motorists are urged to plan their travel route ahead of time to avoid the area.

Please be advised, BBI will be reducing Vann Avenue down to 1 lane each for northbound & southbound traffic on Wednesday, May 24th, from Lincoln Avenue to Sycamore Avenue. The lane restrictions are expected to last 2 days to complete the water main work.
