At Wake, we are reviving cutaneous ureterostomies after radical cystectomy. Our CU patients have shorter OR times and shorter hospital stays, with no significant increase in complication rates compared to ileal conduit patients. 79% of CUs stent free at 6 months! #AUA2023 #SUO
