@Doc_Red_ Nutrition is macro more than accute for 99% of lifters. What you do today isn't nearly as important as hitting your macros on a higher timeframe scale (week).
this is why alternative day fasting with surpluses every other day leads to success for many.

@kharma_7 High high high volume. Before Xfit went soft and woke we squatted basically every day in comp prep. fronts, back, overhead, cleans, snatch, air, etc and lunges. Top end 1rm was lower, but legs gained 2"+

@1BethDutton around 10 years ago when we had the big fire we slept on our boat there at the marina and woke up to like an inch of soot/ash on it. the smog was rolling in quick so we trailered it up and zoomed back to the wet side. cresting blewett you literally rose above the smoke.
@Emmachuuks@DragosLives na, not at all. I'm more mesomorphic. easy to put on lean mass and fat, cutting is hard. I held 10% for years with consistent diet/exercise honestly. it really is 80% diet.
@FigcSucks@T_Nation Our gym has no dip belt, squat belt, bands, boards for board press, slingshot, etc so if programming calls for any of those implements we need to ruck them in.
