Most of it was imported or built using foreign parts.

That is not an opinion. In 2025, Canadian consumer goods imports increased 4.7 percent, our merchandise trade deficit reached $31.3 billion, and 71.7 percent of our goods exports still went to the United States.

Canada had eleven years to strengthen domestic production, build infrastructure and seriously diversify our economy.

Instead, the Liberals attacked pipelines, buried businesses in regulation and made it increasingly difficult to build anything in this country.

Now many of the same people who cheered for those policies are shouting “BUY CANADIAN!” like changing their profile picture will reopen a factory.

Give me a break.

You cannot spend eleven years attacking the industries that create Canadian wealth and then pretend to be patriotic when the consequences finally arrive.

Virtue signalling does not build factories.

Hashtags do not build pipelines.

Patriotism requires production.
