@TheEXECUTlONER_ Coming from a CM myself, I get everyone’s comments saying she’s basically the height, or shoving things in shoes, but Disney is VERY serious about meeting height requirements. Those few centimeters can cost us our paying job. It sucks I know, but we sometimes get secretly audited

I understand it wasn’t cheap, but it doesn’t give you a right to be rude to us. We have to deal with thousands of guests who think they know more than us when we literally work there

@PHLFANJAN @RavenRanks @BYUFlorida @NickChaps96 They definitely don’t say anything and they definitely don’t get terminated lol if it were anything serious then they’ll get spoken to eventually but pretty much it. It has to be something very serious rather than just “being rude” to a guest to have to get terminated
