98 प्रोजेक्ट जो अमिताभ कांत समिति की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार चिन्हित थे उनमे से 76 ने 25 % राशि जमा की है।
पिछले 6 महीने में लगभग 10000 रजिस्ट्री भी हुई है जो पिछले दस साल में हुई लगभग 20000 रजिस्ट्री से काफी ज्यादा है।
पैसे जमा करने वाले 76 प्रोजेक्ट्स के लगभग 62000 फ्लैट में से लगभग 38000 को ऑक्यूपेंसी सर्टिफिकेट भी मिल गया है, रजिस्ट्री की प्रक्रिया जारी है।

लेकिन बाकियों का क्या होगा? जो बिल्डर रेस्पोंद नहीं कर रहे उनपर कोई एक्शन लिया जायेगा? एक ही बिल्डर के कई नाम से दूसरे प्रोजेक्ट हैं और वो चल रहे हैं - उनपर एक्शन कौन लेगा?
जिन 76 प्रोजेक्ट ने 25% जमा किया है उनके बाकी 75 % ड्यूज और बाकी रजिस्ट्री का क्या प्लान है?

कुछ प्रोजेक्ट घर खरीददारों ने पूरे पैसे दिए हैं। बिल्डर ने पूरा बकाया चूका दिया है। फिर पुरानी ग़लत नीतियों के वजह से उनकी रजिस्ट्री लटकी है।
उनका क्या होगा ??

आखिर कब निकलेगा समाधान? कैसे सुलझेगी समस्या? क्या अमिताभ कांत समिति की सिफारिशों के अनुसार, जिस फ्लैट में लोग रह रहे हैं और बकाया नहीं है उसकी रजिस्ट्री नहीं होनी चाहिए थी अबतक?

My new car tyre got bursted neither @HondaCarIndia nor @Bridgestone takes the ownership car is in the service centre since yesterday afternoon & no one from @Courtesyhonda is giving the concrete reply. Made multiple calls at service centre they come up with random replies.
