@TK_HelpDesk That's not what i am asking for my flights were cancelled by turkish airlines, booked through opodo i have an email from you. i am asking for confirmation that my refund was issued to opodo they claim they pay you instantly after booking.

@TK_HelpDesk already done that and no help, i did not booked through turkish airlines. But i know Swiss airlines helped a customer get their refund through Opodo. I just need confirmation whether you have refunded Opodo and they have my money
