So traffic lights on Reigate Hill AGAIN. This time with the added spice of both sets permanently stuck on red. Carnage. 45 mins to do 3 miles!! Who can get the changed? Surely not a police matter.
The meeting to decide what happens to Reigate Priory School is at 10:30am tomorrow (Wednesday) at Surrey Council's offices at Woodhatch Place.
You don't need an invitation to go.
Be there, or be an ugly metal box.

@RBBCLeader@00kik Councillor Brunt, your council does not want SCC to go ahead with the Woodhatch Place school.
If you said that RBBC was committed to finding a way to make the existing site work in the Park, it could stop this process.
@SosPriory If this ridiculous plan gets through then the only safe way up and down is a walking / cycling bus on the road. It will reduce all traffic south of Reigate to walking pace (which is no bad thing imo). Alternatively the council should install dedicated walking lanes.
@Chris_Boardman If Reigate Priory school actually moves, this is what all parents and children should do up and over Cockshot Hill. Got to be less stressful than having several hundred more cars doing the journey.
@JFWhiteMSJ@CllrKingSPW Whats the response time for calls made to the non-emergency numbers? I’d be surprised if anyone would attend before the driver returned and moved it.
“I suggest the portakabins [during refurbishment of the existing school] are placed on the Woodhatch site, so the county councillors can be aware of what they would have proposed. “
@hpp_sos @reigatebanstead It was indeed glorious to watch. Well done @reigatebanstead for unpicking the glaring holes in the application. Looking at the aerial photo of the current site really rammed home to me just how much development opportunities it has.
