Qantas marketplace order system fail and points gone

Used my last 77000 points to purchase gift cards for email delivery. Plus an AirTag order. Got two order confirmations and closed my Qantas account. Delivery of the AirTag ok, but no gift cards. No response. $350,- lost.

@KLM guess what, back in NL and flight delayed again KL1027. About a 50% chance of being delayed by KLM over 90 mins each time I fly.
