Got a call from my patient’s company HR today🤡
HR: What’s the reason you gave Mr XXX MC?

HR: Ok I just want to knw what procedure you did for him?
Me: I’m sorry but once again it breaches confidentiality

And do not forget to appropriately document in every step of the way .
