@bookingcom What is the point in asking me to private message you if you’re going to ignore me for 3 days?? I’m at the point of never using your services again, along with my other 6 friends who this booking concerns. Awful customer service, continuously ignored and asked same questions.
@bookingcom Worst customer service experience that I’ve been apart of. Just going around in circles & being met with the same response from individuals who have no idea what they’re doing. Host cancelled our booking a day before our scheduled stay & we’ve received no refund???
