ReLeaf #Malta is a community-based, non profit NGO (V/O 1872) that seeks the regulation of cannabis in Malta through safe, sensible and inclusive policies.
The ARUC is raking in HUGE profits from our not-for-profit!
Why not use them to lower #cannabis prices? Reinvest in green grants (reusable jars, odour filters), sponsor member vaporizers, or fund restorative justice for illegal CBD fines?
Keep the noble NFP principle alive!
Join the discussion featuring Mr JP Fiott, Chief Licensing Officer at the ARUC and long time canvaser of MEP Alex Agius Saliba.
Maybe he will explain why the ARUC has not yet submitted its annual report and the money generated by cannabis sales 👀🫣

Releaf Malta, the NGO advocating for change in national cannabis policy, has insisted that sending officials to private homes to investigate complaints of cannabis smell is a violation of the right to privacy.

Sad days in #Malta!
Instead of preventing harm, our law courts continue to adopt draconian interpretation of the law and consider 12 grams of cannabis a serious crime..
Cannabis decriminalisation or just a masquerade?

🇲🇹 We remain without a response and without a meeting... Is it possible that everyone is too busy to talk to us? Or is this some game where priority is given to the industry before the voice of the people?

We need honest decision-makers to promote smart solutions.
We need proportionate laws and tools to prevent fatalities—not random police swabbing!

We continue to call on the @MaltaGov to listen to the community's preoccupations and fear of being unjustly targeted..

Of course we want safer roads.
What we do not want is police stopping people according to appearance, sexual orientation, social class, race, or nationality.
