I learned my lesson, never play on a smurf. Deleted everything. I just cant stand normal premier anymore

He surely played on both and just one got banned.
@BlizzardCSEU_DE Auch das habe ich schon getan. Da passiert rein gar nichts. Früher war es so viel einfacher, da hat man direkt mit dem Livechat gesprochen. Jetzt ist einfach alles weg, COD, WoW, Heartstone etc
Gibt es keine Möglichkeit mit jemandem direkt zu sprechen ?
@BlizzardCSEU_DE Wie kann es sein, dass ich nun nach mehreren Mails für die Entfernung des Auth, immer dieselbe Mail beantworten muss, mit "wichtigen" Informationen bezüglich des Accounts. Ich gebe euch auch gerne meinen Personalausweis oder was auch immer. 1/2
