MAJOR BREAKING: In a heated exchange, Florida Judge Aileen Cannon retorted to Special Counsel Jack Smith's filing cautioning her against being influenced by Donald Trump to postpone his trial until after the 2024 election.

Judge Cannon, unabashedly, responded to Smith today, asserting that she didn't even take the time to peruse his submission as it exceeded 19 words.

Judge Cannon warned Special Counsel Smith that his filing must not exceed 200 words and cautioned him that any longer filings would be discarded without additional notification.

This evident tactic by Judge Cannon is aimed at aiding Trump in postponing his trial until after the election. Rather than addressing the substance of Smith's filing, which aimed to alert her about Trump's deliberate efforts to delay Smith's other trial in D.C., Judge Cannon opted to attack Smith instead.

Her underlying motives could not be more obvious. should Judge Cannon recuse herself?✋🏽
