@microsophie Amazing, good luck!! I'm so glad that equivalence exists - we really need more clinical scientists (especially in virology!) and it's bringing so many great people into the profession π I was once told "the course of a clinical scientist never runs smooth", but it's so worth it!
@robshorten @TheACBNews We've got two excellent trainees with us at the moment in Coventry - hopefully many more in the years to come!
Training in a centre new to the STP can be tricky though - if not approached correctly, it can be very isolating and stressful for the trainee...
