@StagecoachSE Can you please sort out your technology? I stopped using the app recently as I was getting to the bus stop and the ticket wouldn’t load even with mobile data. Now, I find that the onboard machine doesn’t work with either Apple Pay or the actual card!

@BusUsersUK @BordersBuses Keep the fares low. Make sure buses are reliable. Make sure the technology is reliable too - apps and on-board ticket machines; often they currently are not. Ensure that passenger feedback is shown to be listen to by bus companies and regulators.
