Reasons in favor of Tylenol: Helps relieve aches and pains, and reduces fever.
Reasons against: You will get eaten by the ice cream man in the summer, or something like that.
@jennfrey We 're all inclined to relate to people who share our interests. That just tends to be the nature of human connection. But prioritizing books doesn't entail that one is more trustworthy. There's nothing inherently morally superior about loving books.
@surveytheland@Protestia When you give the actual scripture about not judging about one's sabbath day, and yet they still judge. Too many Christians try to do the work of the holy spirit.
@morallawwithin I mean, I'm getting my PhD and work probably at least 50 hours a week, but I've never loved anything so much. I have to force myself to take a day off.
@AOC The way he's sitting isn't the problem. To point out the way he is sitting rather than the ridiculous propaganda he's spreading is to sink to the same level. Why not just focus on the actual problem instead of fighting flaming bags of poo with flaming bags of poo?
@AleAgoPiaggio@abdelkrimmerzo1@YourAnonNews nice way to not answer the question. If you are insisting that xy chromosomes necessarily = male, that entails that a male can have a uterus, even more, that a male can get pregnant and give birth. Here you go, now go ahead, study...https://t.co/mHCqGkfL0N
@NickAllmaier Yes, many--not that I think it's the norm or anything, but because I've worked in non-profits full of Christians who live what they believe.
shaking that woman’s hand one day after she posts a cartoon depicting you as a monster oh imane khelif you have more grace in your pinky than jk rowling has in her entire castle
@kevinburch@MelancholyElf@iamharaldur So you think that XY is the determining factor of being female, not female reproductive organs and the ability to give birth? And you think this is a basic obvious fact?
This is the pincale of dishonesty. This guy keeps repeating that Khelif is a man, but fails to mention why she was "incorrectly" labeled female in Algeria: bcs she was born with vagina. Shame on you for deceiving many ppl & making them think that bearded guy with penis won.
@jk_rowling@SwipeWright Apparently having a uterus isn't even sufficient for being a woman, you must also not have any genetic disorders that raise your testosterone levels, and you must be dainty enough to past the "I can tell" test given by the randos in the comments section
@jk_rowling@SwipeWright So you've decided to dig your heels in and insist that this woman (female from birth) is a man, instead of simply apologizing and acknowledging that you were wrong?
@MaaloufMD @LauraRbnsn Yah, he clearly sounds like a man who wishes it were like the olden days when it wasn't just acceptable but expected that women be treated like garbage when they pose a threat to the frail man's ego.
@sjggraham Everything about God's loving interpersonal nature--close to the broken hearted, defender of the oppressed, widows, orphans, etc. (But maybe this is just my very favorite thing about God, rather than what leaves me most awestruck. I think I need to get awestruck more often)
@jayvanbavel Mine are probably mostly unconnected random thoughts that I preface with "sorry if this has already been answered". ADHD at least keeps me from even trying to look clever
