@cafreeland, I'm mightily confused right now. During the peaceful Maidan protests in Kiev, Ukraine in 2014, which turned violent when the armed thugs of the Yanukovych regime engaged with the protestors, you screamed bloody murder, and rightfully so.

Violence against peaceful protestors, whether on agrees with the protestors or not, is not a foundational principle of democratic society.

But now, when it's at your own front door, you fully endorse and hide behind the violent engagement of your thugs with peaceful protesters.
