A 9-year-old girl believed she was kidnapped for a year and still whispers due to threats from her Hamas kidnappers.

The Israeli Health Ministry reports that elderly women kidnapped by Hamas lost between 8-15 kg on average, amounting to starvation.

Hostages have spoken of plastic chairs as beds, irregular meals of bread and rice, and hours spent waiting for the bathroom.

An elderly woman said she feared she was on her way to be executed in the build-up to her release, only to find that she was being freed.

A 21-year-old woman was shot during the October 7th attacks and received such poor medical care that she will need several additional surgeries.

A twelve-year-old boy was psychologically tortured with threats of beatings and murder as he was forced to watch the videos Hamas filmed of the October 7th massacre at gunpoint.

THESE ARE WAR CRIMES.

An innocent Palestinian deserves every right and freedom.

But just as an American who has committed acts of violence doesn't deserve to walk freely and continue committing these crimes, so do these Palestinian prisoners who have stabbed, blown up, and violated innocents, need to be held accountable for their crimes and serve their sentences.

You wouldn't compare prisoners who were convicted of violent crimes, to a 10-year-old baby stolen from his stroller and held underground in Gaza against his will with no help, right? Right?????

During the ceasefire, Hamas has:

1. Fired rockets at Israeli civilians.
2. Detonated three bombs targeting IDF troops.
3. Opened fire on Israeli soldiers.
4. Violated the conditions of the hostage-for-prisoners deal by refusing to release mothers and their children together.
5. Denied the Red Cross permission to visit the hostages or provide them with medication.
6. Refused to release the youngest baby from captivity.
7. Held over 170 innocent civilians in captivity, subjecting them to minimal food and torture.

Remember, this is what Hamas considers a ceasefire.

It then deleted the statement it had delayed for 50 days.
