The longest 0% loan in America comes from a tractor company
Kubota will finance a $68,000 mini excavator at 0% for up to 84 months. Then the IRS lets you deduct the whole $68,000 this year, before you've made the second payment
A kid with that machine and a YouTube education charges $1,500 a day to dig French drains for suburban dads. Booked 3 days a week that's $18,000 a month against a payment of $810
Everybody knows Section 179 from the G-Wagon post. The same law works at the equipment dealer. Equipment a business uses more than half the time gets written off 100% in the year you put it in service, up to $2.5 million of purchases. Financed equipment counts exactly the same as cash. You deduct $68,000 in 2026 while owing Kubota $68,000 at 0% until 2033
At a 37% federal bracket plus state, the deduction hands back roughly $28,000 in April. That's 34 monthly payments the government made for you. The machine makes the other 50
Who else runs 0% for years, for a business, on a personal credit score:
John Deere, 60 months on compact tractors and skid steers
Bobcat, 60 months
Toro and Exmark, 48 to 60 on commercial mowers
Ford Pro, 0% quarters on Transit and F-series work vans
Every one of those runs through the manufacturer's finance arm and gets decided by your FICO, your entity, and whether the dealer needs to hit his month
The stack:
Down payment, trailer, insurance and the first two months of fuel go on 0% business cards. The machine goes on manufacturer 0%. The deduction lands in April and pays the cards. The jobs pay the machine. You've bought a $90,000 operation with no interest anywhere in it and a tax refund funding the first year
"0% financing means they marked up the price"
Sometimes. The 0% usually replaces a $2,000 to $4,000 cash rebate. Ask for both prices. On 84 months the 0% still wins by about $20,000 of interest you'd have paid a bank at 9%
What to do before December 31, because the deduction only counts if the machine is delivered this year:
1. Pick the machine you can bill for on day one. Mini excavator, skid steer, commercial mower. Rentable stuff
2. LLC, EIN, business checking. The finance app asks
3. Ask the dealer for the 0% program by name and the down payment on it. Apply through Kubota Credit or Deere Financial, not the dealer's bank
4. Put the down payment and the trailer on the cards
5. Keep a use log. Over 50% business or the deduction shrinks
The dealer wants you in before December 31 for the same reason the IRS does. Everybody's quarter ends

In Florida you can pay a stranger's $3,100 property tax bill and the county will either make him pay you 18% interest or hand you his house
This is a real government program. It has run every June since before your grandfather was born, and the people who show up to it are hedge funds with $200 million and a handful of retirees who figured it out from a library book
How it works. A homeowner skips his property taxes. The county needs the money now, so it auctions off the right to collect that debt. You pay the county the $3,100. The homeowner now owes you the $3,100 plus interest at a rate the state wrote into law. Florida caps it at 18%. Arizona 16%. Iowa 24%. Texas skips the lien and sells the deed itself, and if the owner wants his house back inside the first year he pays you a 25% penalty on top of what you paid
Then one of two things happens
Around 95 times out of 100 the owner pays. Usually within a year, usually because his mortgage company finds out and pays it for him. The county mails you a check for your $3,100 plus the interest. You never spoke to the homeowner
The other 5, nobody pays. In Florida you wait 2 years, apply for a tax deed, and the property goes to auction where you either get paid out of the sale or take the house
"the rates get bid down"
They do, on the liens the funds want. The funds run models on $40,000 liens on nice houses and bid the rate down to almost nothing, and Florida still guarantees you a 5% minimum. The play sits under their radar: liens under $2,000 that a model can't be bothered with, rural counties, and the county-held certificates nobody bid on at all, which you can buy over the counter at the full 18%
Now the credit part
Your cost of money is 0%. The state's rate on the lien is 16 to 18. A guy with $60,000 of 0% business credit and a Tuesday afternoon builds a portfolio of forty $1,500 liens across two counties. If the average comes in at 12% after bid-downs that's $7,200 a year in interest the government collects for him, and his cards get paid off from redemptions inside the promo window. Worst case on any single lien, he owns a lot in Polk County
The 20 minutes of homework that separates this from gambling:
Pull the parcel on the county appraiser site. Improved residential only. Skip vacant land, drainage ditches and gas stations
Skip anything with an IRS lien or a bankruptcy on the owner
Check the redemption period and the rate for your state before you bid
Register on the county's auction site (Florida runs on LienHub and RealAuction) and post the deposit
Buy the small ones. Buy the county-held ones. Ignore the pretty ones
The county sends you a check. It has the homeowner's name on it
(we fund the portfolio at 0%. 700+ only. link in bio)

Andrew Wilson just got destroyed in a debate by Brandon Tatum. I’m pretty sure this is what rock bottom looks like for a self proclaimed debate legend.
this is f**king dangerous
A guy with $8,400 of credit card debt built an AI agent and told it: this is your problem now.
It picked up small freelance jobs, invoiced them, and paid the card down. Day 6, the balance was already dropping on his screen.
He's not an engineer. He gave a model a goal, a folder and a schedule, then reviewed what it did. That's the entire skill, and it's still free to learn ↓

Nutella is 13% hazelnuts. The first two ingredients are sugar and palm oil and together they're more than half the jar. Ferrero doesn't hide it, the percentage is printed on the label in Europe.
Ferrero buys around a quarter of the world's hazelnut crop every year, mostly from Turkey, which grows about 70% of the supply. In 2014 they bought Turkey's biggest hazelnut company so nobody could get ahead of them.
In 2017 they changed the recipe to more sugar and more milk powder without announcing it, and a German consumer group noticed the cocoa went down too because the color got lighter.

It was all government funded!
This is one of the great things DOGE did.
“How long would you want to live?”
Elon asked the question first, and he kept saying:
“One of the worst curses you could possibly give anyone would be, “May you live forever.”
Then he said the line that actually matters:
“I’ve long thought that longevity or semi-immortality is an extremely solvable problem. I don’t think it’s a particularly hard problem.”
His reason was simple. The body ages in sync. Nobody has an old left arm and a young right arm. So the clock must be obvious.
“This is the way you’re programmed to die. If you change the program, you will live longer.”
Bowhead whales get 200 years. Greenland sharks get 500. Why them and not us? Hardware or software — and the tech to solve it is coming.
The only rule added: don’t die of something stupid before the solution arrives.
Peter Diamandis offered him to upload his full genome. Elon laughed: “Don’t clone me, bro.”
Too late, they said. It’s already in the works.🤣
Elon doesn’t want forever. He wants enough time for humans to leave the solar system.💫
Please please please, before you have your grokbot, hermes, or Claude do anything, ask it to go watch 20 of the top videos on YouTube about the topic.
Use this skill:
"I want you to learn the skill of [INSERT TASK], what I need you to do is go on YouTube, and watch the top 20 videos on that topic in the last 6 months. Export the transcripts, and consolidate all your learnings into one skill. If a certain point gets repeated often across multiple videos, give these points more weight in your skill."
I've personally done this with virtually every agent skill I have, be it landing page design, LinkedIn formats, SEO articles...
It takes 20 minutes to most agents to go through everything and will 10x the quality of your agent's output.
“It’s an open investigation, so I can’t divulge that information.”
James Freeman does the one thing cops and government employees absolutely cannot handle: he talks to them exactly the way they talk to us. Watch how fast they melt down the moment the script flips.
