And even if you wanna argue it is because the points are finite, that methodology is dumb because empathy is not a finite resource, it’s an emotion you can feel for anyone.

Giving “empathy points” (a weird methodology to begin with) to “all living things” includes your family& doesn’t mean you care more about trees than them, just that you DO care about both.

@wdw1439166139 @OzzyAussieOtty That part doesn’t exist. The graph measures whether you think you CAN have empathy for increasingly disparate groups, not how much empathy you have for each person. Also, each circle is INCLUSIVE of the ones inside it, so “all things on earth” includes your family.
